The Security page helps you monitor your account activity and ensure your workspace remains secure.

What You Can See

  • Account security status
  • Last login information
  • Active sessions
  • Complete login history

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in to view your security information

Security Overview

The security dashboard shows three key metrics:

Login History

View detailed information about recent login attempts to your account.

Information Displayed

For each login attempt, you can see:
  • Device: The device used to log in
  • Login Method: How you authenticated (Google, Magic Link, Email)
  • Date & Time: When the login occurred
  • Location: Approximate geographic location
  • Browser: Browser and operating system used
  • IP Address: The IP address of the login

Step-by-Step: Review Login History

Navigate to Security

Go to SettingsSecurity in the sidebar.

Check the security overview cards for any anomalies.

Examine Login History

Scroll down to review recent login attempts.

Identify Suspicious Activity

Look for:
  • Unfamiliar locations
  • Unknown devices
  • Unusual login times

Best Practices

Check your login history weekly to spot unauthorized access early.
Prefer Google OAuth or Magic Links over traditional passwords.
If you see logins from unexpected locations, change your password immediately.
Regularly log out of devices you no longer use.

Troubleshooting

  1. Check if it could be from a different device you own
  2. Verify the location matches places you’ve been
  3. If suspicious, change your password immediately
  4. Contact support if you believe your account was compromised
  • Refresh the page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try logging out and back in
This can happen when:
  • Using a VPN
  • IP geolocation data is unavailable
  • Using certain corporate networks

Login history is retained for 90 days. Older entries are automatically removed.
