Connect Calendly to let your agents schedule meetings directly during conversations.

Setup

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

Connect Calendly

Click Connect on the Calendly card.

Authorize

Log in to Calendly and authorize Boty.

Select Event Type

Choose which event types agents can schedule.

How It Works

Once connected, your agents can:
  1. Detect when a user wants to schedule a meeting
  2. Show available time slots from your Calendly
  3. Book the meeting directly
  4. Send confirmation to the user

Agent Configuration

Add scheduling capability to your agent’s system prompt: 
You can help users schedule meetings. When they want to book a call:
1. Ask for their preferred date/time
2. Check availability
3. Book the meeting
4. Confirm the booking details

User: I'd like to schedule a demo
Agent: I'd be happy to help you schedule a demo! 
       Here are the available slots this week:
       - Tuesday 2pm
       - Wednesday 10am
       - Thursday 3pm
       Which works best for you?
User: Tuesday 2pm
Agent: Perfect! I've booked your demo for Tuesday at 2pm.
       You'll receive a calendar invite shortly.
