The Billing page allows you to manage your payment methods, view invoices, and track your billing history.

What You Can Do

  • View billing overview and current charges
  • Add or update payment methods
  • Download invoices
  • View billing history

Prerequisites

  • You must be a workspace Owner to manage billing

Billing Tabs

The billing page has three main sections:

Navigate to Billing

Go to SettingsBilling in the sidebar.

Review Overview

The Overview tab shows:
  • Current plan and price
  • Next billing date
  • Current period usage
  • Estimated charges

Step-by-Step: Add a Payment Method

Go to Payment Methods

Click the Payment tab.

Click Add Payment Method

Click Add Payment Method.

Enter Card Details

Enter your credit card information:
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVC
  • Billing address

Save

Click Save to add the payment method.

Step-by-Step: Update Default Payment Method

Go to Payment Methods

Navigate to the Payment tab.

Find the Card

Locate the card you want to set as default.

Set as Default

Click Set as Default.

Step-by-Step: Download an Invoice

Go to Billing History

Click the History tab.

Find the Invoice

Locate the invoice you want to download.

Download

Click the Download button to get a PDF copy.

Payment Security

All payment information is securely processed through Stripe. Boty never stores your full card details.

Billing History

Each invoice shows:
  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Amount
  • Status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
  • Download link

Best Practices

Update your card before it expires to avoid service interruptions.
Download invoices monthly for your accounting records.
Add a secondary card in case your primary payment fails.
Check your billing overview monthly to ensure charges are correct.

Troubleshooting

  • Check card details are correct
  • Ensure sufficient funds
  • Verify billing address matches card
  • Contact your bank
  • Try a different payment method
  • Invoices are generated after payment
  • Wait 24 hours for processing
  • Contact support if still missing
  • Ensure you have Owner permissions
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable ad blockers temporarily
  • Contact support
  • Review your plan and usage
  • Check for overage charges
  • Contact support for clarification

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to SettingsPlans
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you’ll be downgraded to the Free plan.
