Setup

Go to Integrations

Navigate to SettingsIntegrations.

Connect Shopify

Click Connect on the Shopify card.

Enter Store URL

Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com).

Authorize

Authorize Boty to access your store data.

Capabilities

Once connected, your agents can:
  • Look up orders by order number or email
  • Check product availability and pricing
  • Answer product questions using store data
  • Track shipments and delivery status

Agent Configuration

Add Shopify capabilities to your system prompt:
You are a customer support agent for our Shopify store.

You can help customers with:
- Order status and tracking
- Product information and availability
- Return and refund requests

When a customer asks about an order, ask for their order number or email.

Permissions

The integration requires these Shopify scopes:
  • read_orders - View order information
  • read_products - View product catalog
  • read_customers - View customer data (optional)
