The General Settings page allows you to customize your workspace identity and regional preferences.

What You Can Configure

  • Workspace name and branding
  • Workspace logo
  • Timezone for scheduling and timestamps

Prerequisites

  • You must be a workspace Owner or Admin to modify settings

Step-by-Step Configuration

Update Workspace Name

Navigate to Settings

Go to SettingsGeneral in the sidebar.

Edit Workspace Name

Enter your new workspace name in the Workspace Name field.

Save Changes

Click Save Changes to apply.

Go to Logo Section

Scroll to the Workspace Logo section.

Upload Image

Click the file input and select your logo image.Requirements:
  • Format: JPEG or PNG
  • Max size: 2MB
  • Recommended: 200×200 pixels

Save

Click Save Changes to update your logo.

Set Timezone

Find Timezone Setting

Locate the Time Zone dropdown in Regional Settings.

Select Your Timezone

Choose your timezone from the dropdown list.

Save

Click Save Changes.
The timezone affects how timestamps appear in activities, analytics, and scheduled actions.

Danger Zone

The Danger Zone contains irreversible actions. Proceed with caution.

Delete Workspace

Permanently deletes your workspace and all associated data:
  • All agents
  • All conversations and activities
  • All knowledge base sources
  • All integrations and channels

Click Delete

In the Danger Zone section, click Delete.

Confirm

Review the warning and click Delete Permanently to confirm.

Best Practices

Choose a name that clearly identifies the purpose, like “Customer Support” or “Sales Team”.
Ensure your timezone matches your primary operating region for accurate timestamps.

Troubleshooting

  • Check file size is under 2MB
  • Ensure format is JPEG or PNG
  • Try a different browser
