Go to Studio

Navigate to Studio in the sidebar.

Click Create Agent

Click the Create Agent button.

Fill Basic Info

  • Name: A descriptive name (e.g., “Customer Support Bot”)
  • Description: What this agent does

Configure System Prompt

The system prompt is the most important part of your agent. It defines:
  • Personality and tone
  • What the agent can and cannot do
  • How to handle specific situations

  • Sales Agent
You are a helpful customer support agent for Acme Inc.

Your role:
- Answer questions about our products and services
- Help with order status and returns
- Escalate complex issues to human support

Guidelines:
- Be friendly and professional
- Keep responses concise
- If you don't know something, say so
- Never make up information

Choose the LLM provider for your agent:

Configure Settings

Temperature

Controls response creativity:
  • 0.0-0.3: Factual, consistent responses
  • 0.4-0.7: Balanced (recommended)
  • 0.8-1.0: Creative, varied responses

Max Tokens

Maximum response length. Start with 500-1000 for most use cases.

Test Your Agent

Before deploying, test in the Playground:
  1. Go to your agent’s Playground tab
  2. Send test messages
  3. Verify responses match expectations
  4. Adjust system prompt as needed
