How Channels Work
Each channel connection:- Links to a specific agent
- Maintains separate conversation history per user
- Deducts credits from your workspace
- Can be enabled/disabled independently
Channel Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Connected | Channel is active and receiving messages |
| Disconnected | Channel is not configured |
| Paused | Channel is configured but temporarily disabled |
| Error | Connection issue - check configuration |
